  With my need to resolve a tax issue, I chose 20/20 as my agent for this issue. I have found that they are diligent, caring and show the highest integrity. My case took a few curves and hit some bumps along the way, but all were masterfully handled by them. I have nothing but the greatest of praise and highest recommendation for anyone needing tax resolution services. Sam Million and John Casanova were exquisitely talented in helping with my case, and understanding of the stress I felt through the case. Thanks to their efforts my life has improved considerably.

  EDIT: While I did not have a good first impression of this company I was surprised when I received a phone call from upper management who was very sincere in his apology. I appreciate owners that take responsibility and personal interest in the experience of perspective clients and applaud them for going absolutely above and beyond to make things right. Original Post: First of all he called and asked for an employee that has never worked in the accounting department and hasn't actually worked here for over a year, then he proceeded to ask for the owner. Obviously our receptionist was Leary and transferred him to me as I am the AP Manager. He got me on the phone and proceeded to tell me how we had spoken in the past, we had not. I told him I wasn't interested in his services and he told me I didn't know what I was talking about which at this point was laughable as clearly he didn't even have a clue as to who he was supposed to speak to. Would never deal with any company that had an employee that conducted themselves in this manner. If I could give them zero stars I totally would.

  Learning we had unresolved tax issues with the IRS, we were not sure how resolve this matter. After visiting with 20/20 about our matter, we hired 20/20 to help us, Joe and his team immediately took action To help us get this matter taken care of, while all along keeping us updated on the progress and supporting us emotional as well, because we all know that IRS matters can be stressful sometimes. Joe and his team had our $40,000.00 issue with the IRS resolved and our balance $0.00. We are so thankful for 20/20 and Joe along with his team for taking such awesome care of us and getting our issue resolved in a very timely manor. Joe's team at 20/20 will be our team we go to if ever another issue arises, they are the best and get the job done quick. Thank you to Joe and his team at 20/20. Shannon

  Gabe Leap is awesome to work with! He saved us so much money - we owed the IRS over $100,000 and we settled for less than $20,000. I highly recommend calling 20/20 for any tax issues you may have!
